Phi Phi Don is the largest of the six Phi Phi Islands, covering approximately 10 square miles. Located in the stunning Andaman Sea, just off the southern coast of Thailand, it stands out for its breathtaking scenery and vibrant atmosphere. This island quickly became my favourite destination in Thailand, offering a perfect blend of natural beauty, adventure, and relaxation. How to get here You can take the ferry or speedboat to the island. Speedboats are obviously faster but are also more expensive.  The main departure ports are Rassada Pier in Phuket, Klong Jilad Pier in Krabi and Saladan Pier in Koh Lanta.  Speedboats and Ferries arrive at Tonsai Pier in Phi Phi Don. Once off the boat you will need to pay a small entry fee of 20 Baht per person which is an environmental tax fee which contributes twoards helping keep the island clean.  Where to Stay  1.  Phuket, Thailand's largest island, covers 36 square miles and lies off the west coast of southern Thailand on the Andaman Sea. Its diverse landscape, from mountains and jungles to beautiful beaches, offers an abundance of activities to try! Unfortunately, I was unwell for some of my time in Phuket so the only excursion I got to do was ATV riding. This post will share how I found this as well as some other activities I would love to do on my next trips to the island. 1.  Chiang Mai is known as the cultural capital of Thailand, featuring hundreds of temples. Many of these are of the Lanna style with their sweeping curved roofs and intricate carvings. This post will explore my top 3 favourite Chiang Mai Buddhist temples. Try and visit at least 1 on your trip! 1. Wat Phra Singh  Wat Phra Singh or the Temple of the Lion Buddha is one of the largest and most visited Chiang Mai temples. Located in the heart of the Old City, this temple still houses hundreds of monks who still live, work and pray here. The lion buddha statue can be found at the rear of the temple compound in a chapel. 2. Wat Chedi Luang  Wat Chedi Luang is one of the tallest temples in the city. It used to sit at around 85 metres tall until it was damaged by a large earthquake. These towering ruins once held the Emerald Buddha. One of the most important religious relics in Thailand. My Dad lives just outside of Pattaya so I spent a lot of time here on my trip and can say it is definitely worth a visit. Bangkok, Thailand's capital, is the most visited city in the world! From its rich culture to its incredible food, there's something for everyone. A highlight of any trip is the opportunity to shop for some unique souvenirs. In this post, we'll explore some of the best markets Bangkok has to offer. I only had a few shorts days in Bangkok so only managed to visit the following two markets: Chatuchak Weekend Market and Chinatown.    Chatuchak Weekend Market If you're in Bangkok over the weekend, a visit to the Chatuchak Weekend Market is an absolute must. Spanning over 35 acres, this sprawling market features over 15,000 stalls ranging from food, antiques fashion and much more! This market was definitely my favourite of the two. We happily spent a few hours here, exploring the stalls and enjoying some delicious bites along the way.      Chinatown  Next, we explore the heart of one of the largest Chinatown's in the world - Bangkok's Yoawarat Road. By day, Yoawarat R
